This is Mitsuki from Full Moon Wo Sagashite. This picture was drawn as an appology for ~tingrllives Well this was actually hard and i actually spent time on it =O it actually took 8 tries! This was inspired by.. oh god i forgot her name.. when i find it i will put it in edit Anyway so hard to draw

Mitsuki- Prismacolor markers/ Sharpie Mix and white marker
Stars- Prismacolor markers
BG- Sakura Koi Watercolor paint (Prussian Blue-- For Laura ~knotbox )
